There were no instructions and/or certificate of conformity to any known standard. No labels on the fitting either. two extremely thin wires for the connection to the power were shorter than the chain length so a connection box (wghich I had to add would have been visible if I had used the full chain. Overall not a good product, just seems to have been constructed and packed on the cheap.
