Works good. A little on the bulky side, but the convenience makes up for it. I have this in my "junk drawer" at home and find myself using it all the time. Refills are inexpensive and just snap in place. Overall, very good item. -Steve

I brought this for my car tool kit as a way to tie things down or shutting the trunk lid. I have used it for a variety of things, tie down the boards on the roof of my Forester, bought a mirror and tied the trunk lid down. Used it to bind a bunch of old magazines for recycling. Worth getting and keeping it in your camping kit or your tool box.

I've used micro-cord for all sorts of projects, and this is the first spool I got that has a durable and useful dispenser. Easy to cut and use. Currently building a small wall shelf system using this cord to hold up the shelves so I don't put as many holes in the wall. It's doing a fantastic job so far!

Having cordage is always a good thing, and the smaller diameter makes this useful for many things that 550 cord can be too large for, and is also much more compact. It isn't as pliable as 550 and you will need to know your knots to keep this from unbinding, but with a little know-how this is a great tool to have on hand. My only real complaint is that the cord is so stiff that it will try to unspool. A minor complaint, but worth noting. The cutter works well and the spool is decent quality. It can be reloaded, but at this price it is just as easy to buy another package.

Easily manages cord for lashing ect. Keeps all of it in one little place and has a nice little blade to easily dispense it as well. The replacement rolls for it is dirt cheap as well can comes in any color you can think of. The microcord is super tough as well. Has a high break limit. Bought three of these for my family to put in their bags

When camping or in the RV I usually needed something to use as a tie down. This gadget comes with 100 pound test line, a cutter and can be used in many places. No more hunting for a tie down. The only thing I would not use it for if a hurricane was on the way (I'm in FL). Other than this it's a good addition to your toolbox.

All in all it's super convenient,,makes anything so much easier when u pull off what ya need,and cut it with the same tool,, instead of fishing for pocket knife

What can I say. Super piece of kit for keeping the thinner cords organized. Not the cheapest but affordable. I have not had any problems with unspooling like other reviewers have but sometimes the string resistance is too much and when one then pulls a bit harder you end up with too long a piece. Hence 4/5
