I have multiple pairs of similar silicone inserts and love them. I use them for bikini swim tops and they work perfectly. They don't really add much in size but mostly just give shape and cover nipples and the silicone looks and feels natural and doesn't drip like foam pads in swim tops. THESE, however, are not the same size as any of my other ones. These pads are much smaller overall, like by an inch on each side! They looked silly in my top as the size makes them very noticeable. The other pads match the triangle tops in size and thus you don't see the edges of the insert. These looked so obvious. I'm sending them back and trying another brand. Make sure to watch the measurements!
