They stick well and are comfortable enough to sleep in. After a few uses, the rough skin softened a lot. The only thing is they can peel off a bit if you walk too much, but for resting or bedtime they work great.

This is just tape with pie cuts. Although it is meant to help cracked heels it adheres to the cracked skin which is irritating. Furthermore, it will not stick if you medicate the heel first. Do not know what I was thinking when I ordered but I am going to try to find a different use for this tape. Do not recommend for cracked heels.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well these TEAWOO cracked heel patches work. The size is generous, so they fully cover the heel area, and the adhesive holds securely overnight without slipping off. After just a couple of uses, I noticed my dry, cracked skin starting to soften and heal. They’re comfortable to wear and don’t feel bulky inside socks or shoes. I also appreciate that they’re easy to apply and remove without irritation. While they’re not an instant fix, they definitely help speed up the healing process when used consistently. Great option for anyone dealing with rough or cracked heels.

Who knows if they would've helped, they won't stay on. No matter if I'm up walking around or sitting on the couch, these things don't stay stuck. The little bit of time they were on and I was up, there was a definite reduction in pain, but who cares if they won't stay

I'm old (74) and have a bad hip. I'm trying for a hip replacement but in the meantime my hip makes it nearly impossible to take care of my gnarly old feet. Embarrassing but true. Because of this I get cracks in my heels every few weeks. When I spotted these Cracked Heel Treatment Patches I ordered them right away. When they arrived I asked my husband to help me put one on my heel, which he did (he's a great guy!). Right away I felt some relief for my poor cracked heels. The only reason I can't give them five stars is that (for me, at least) they needed to be larger. If you have a cracked heel on just one side they are perfect. However, both sides of my heel were cracked and these didn't quite cover both sides. If you used two of them they would definitely work, though. I do have big feet and maybe that's the problem! Great idea, but could be larger.

I use this for dry elbows and putting balm on my elbows while I slept at night and this really helped for elbows not just heels, but elbows too would definitely buy again

Worthless. Waste of money. Might as well take a piece of electrical tape (it will most likely stay in place longer). One side easily peels off - the other not so much. Does not stay on long unless you are not walking. Do not see any treatment applied - just a tape applied to the heel. Should have read reviews, since the majority seem to agree to one point and/or another. Had high hopes. Disappointed.
