It is this if you're comparing it to hundred dollar rugs made for ornate living rooms but for the little money I spent on it I couldn't be happier. The material is super soft (my main priority) and it is thick enough to be bouncy when you step on it. I use it in my game room and I think it would be a good rug for a dorm or secondary room.
