Love this gravity filter system- scale it up a bit, please!
This gravity filtration system works very well! I totally recommend it and think it’s a good value for the money. My feedback to the design team: Make some changes to the tip the filtered water comes out of. I took this on a XC yurt trip into the high Uintas in Feb 2026 where there was very little clean snowpack to melt on the wood stove to supply drinking water the for eight of us, but there was a river nearby. Without many supplies with us, we ended up repeatedly duct taping the end onto the mouth of a large collapsible water jug we packed in with us. While the connection between the two was lacking, the system it created was great! The jug was a collapsible 2 gallon with a tap that could sit on a table and provided enough water for us to justify taking turns hiking all the way down to the river to collect water in the 2-gal bag this comes with. Also, the river sediment clogged the screen AND the filter pretty quickly. Maybe consider including an easy to clean pre-filter screen in the water line? Though, maybe there’s one on the market already that would be compatible with your tubing. Thanks for reading!

Emergency preparedness
Haven’t had to use this but I live in a hurricane prone area and wanted a way to filter drinking water in an emergency. I hope I never have to use it but it was a small price to be prepared

Practical especially for these times
Do suggest to have in cases of emergency especially if you have a dog who can't sip through a straw as we have the life straws already. Feels quality made, easy to use w several containers & totally portable. Highly recommend getting one for house & even in the car, truck or RV.

Works very well!
Got this for my husband for a backpacking camping trip. He loved it, said it worked very well and was bigger than he thought it was going to be. He recommends.

Extra water
Comes nicely packaged. Quality looks fine. Appears to be a very good value.

Great filter system
Works great. Short learning curve to get used to filling the large bladder and using the filter with smaller pouches. Ended up buying additional pouches (which came with another filter). Filters were easy to clean. This is great for larger group camping where you don't need to filter water fast. We just got in the habit of filling the bladder at night so we'd have fresh water in the morning, then fill it again so it would filter more throughout the day. Another bit of advice, be sure to store it in a manner so it can thoroughly dry. I ended up 3D printing some hangers, similar to what Camelback used to sell to air out their bladder packs.

A must have
Easy to use. Reasonable price.

ABSOLUTELY SOMETHING TO HAVE FOR SURVIVAL if suddenly we no longer had NO electricity.
This package wasn’t opened because, with our present stressful national situation, I feared with a lost of total electricity in the USA, we needed to be able to collect water, filter, to be able to survive. My son, who DOES camp, said he’d be able to handle this situation. So that’s why I never used any of the materials sent.
