My favorite ink so far
I have dived head first into the fountain pen craze with a couple different models. I have bought inks from several companies however this is my absolute favorite. It shimmers with movement and is a pleasant red-orange color.

Great but can be a little thick if you have the wrong nub
Bought it for my boyfriend and he said the glitter aspect can be difficult unless you use it with the right nub, then it flows well.

Gorgeous color
Wear gloves when opening or it will look like you were at a crime scene... the color is vibrant and lovely.

so disappointed...
I wanted so badly to like this ink, but I don't like anything about it. It's dry, doesn't flow well, drags on the paper, doesn't sheen, doesn't shimmer, doesn't shade. It just kind of lays on the page, like a lifeless rag doll.

One of my favorite shimmers
I keep this in my Kaweco Liliput in copper as my signing pen on the go. While the reddish orange hue of Diamine Firefly doesn't perfectly match the copper pen, it is still a great fit and very attention grabbing. Between then pen and the sparkling ink, there is always a conversation to be had with people I meet. The ink itself is a red ink leaning more on the orange side of things, with gold shimmer.

Bin ganz verliebt in die Farbe. Genau die richtige Menge an Glitzer, gute Fließeigenschaft, sehr gut lesbar. Alles, was ich von einer Tinte will.

Beautiful red color and nice shimmering! I use it in an Asvine PEN with an 1.1 nib. It writes wet with beautiful shimmering. The result is astonishing!

Me encantan las tintas Diamine, pero quizás esta tenga demasiadas partículas brillantes. Aun así me gusta mucho para usarla en pequeñas dósis. Además de para escritura con plumilla, la he usado en detalles de pequeñas ilustraciones y me ha gustado. De momento no la he usado en plumas fuente, no sé si esas partículas podrían llegar a atascar el plumín.

Ein absolutes Must-have für Tintenfans. Die rote Tinte schimmert leicht golden - wunderschön.

.... läuft nicht in jedem Füller. Beste Erfahrungen habe ich mit nem Pelikan Souverän 600 mit B Feder gemacht. Der kommt aber auch mit vielen Shimmering Tinten klar. Kleiner Tipp: bei Shimmering Tinten sind generell Füller zu empfehlen, die man gut zerlegen kann um die Glitzerpartikel besser rausspülen zu können. Von mir trotzdem eine Empfehlung, ich werde sie wieder kaufen
