I've used the Nose Frida before and this works better, plus it's less gross. There are 3 suction strengths. The first 2 are useless. We only use it on the highest setting and it works okay...not hospital grade at all. More than anything it just gives me peace of mind to have it on hand incase he gets really congested and is having a hard time eating. The light and music features seem really silly and the (only) song that it plays is loud and actually quite alarming. Why a choo choo train? Why not a lullaby?
