Don't know if it actually worked for me. The taste was okay, just didn't like because it was like thick ... But otherwise if it's okay

I am giving it a chance for the health benefits
So reading some of the reviews on a moldy basement taste or smell I can definitely see where people got that. I got the strawberry and it tastes fine. I can definitely eat it. It’s not putrid or anything like that. A jelly consistency. When I smell it I don’t smell the moldy basement scent or taste it but it’s weird it’s still there in such a subtle way that you’ll know exactly what the reviews meant. Again, I am still going to eat this daily. I am going to give it the chance for the health benefits. It’s absolutely bearable. I mean it is sea moss so lol it is algae so….what ya expect. As far as energy I can’t review on that yet. I’ll come back and update if I see a difference. That’s why I bought it. Just wanted to let others know that yes there is a weird very subtle mold taste. I wouldn’t let that deter you from not getting it though. You’ll barely notice it.

The product was very good and I noticed a difference in my energy. It has a good taste and was not difficult to ingest, smooth. I am reordering. Pro tip: get the sample pack to see which flavors you like…

Skeptical but tolerable
Strawberry is by far the best tasting. Has the consistency of wet pudding. Better once cold. Package came padded to avoid breakage in transport.

Sea moss is so good for your body in so many ways from heart health. lowering blood cholesterol, thyroid and gut health, and having anti-oxidants. Good for your overall health, and healthy aging. Tastes great too!

I just had one bottle.So I don't know how it worked.But right now, it ain't working like everybody keep hyping it up to be so I don't know.It might be different for different things.So it's all good
