Fast and efficient
The labels are sticky. It was easy to connect to my computer and the labels print quickly and are great quality. The price is great for how well it works and I love that it doesn’t take too much space!

Super Convenient
I got this printer for my small business that stays busy this time of the year. This has been extremely convenient to have vs having to go to the post office and wait in line. The setup was easy and straight forward. You do not need ink with this printer, just paper, which was included. The print quality is a 10 out a 10.

Pain in the ass
The instructions are horrible and the help line link has expired. After two days of trying, I have a working print driver and got it to recognize a Bluetooth connection but the explanation to do a test print can’t be read on the online tutorial and I can successfully send the job to the printer but nothing prints. There is nothing plug-and-play about this printer. It may work great but I can’t figure out how to operate it to know if it does….

Decent Printer
This thing changed the way we ship things, rather then stand in line for 15 min you just print a lable, stick it on a box and drop off. Big time save. Printer itself is of normal quality, comes with extra thermal paper which is very nice, nothing to complain here.

I got this printer for business because I print more than one shipping label per day. Setup is quite easy if you have good computer/electronics knowledge. Because the manual was complete and helpful too.Additionally, the print quality is excellent. It's a money saver because you don't need to buy ink cartridges or toner, you just need the demo label paper, which is included and there's a lot of it! And you also have the ability to customize labels for specific layouts and templates.Printer labels are ready to apply to your package, if you touch the label it will not transfer the ink to your skin. I love that it is compact. I'm very happy with the performance and convenience, it's definitely a time saver.

1. Print quality is black and white, but generally good. You print labels, not high-resolution pictures, and it prints text and some very basic graphics just fine. 2. Labels can be fed from an internal roll or from the rear external feed slot 3. Prints quickly and prints clearly
