Perfect. Lovely and soft 2 mins is all it needs .I bought it because of the removable cover so it can be washed

No real clear instructions. Eg: heat it folded, or unfold it first. Doesn’t stay warm for very long. I used it on my cold feet in bed but it wasn’t warm for very long. Nice gentle warmth for maybe5 minutes only. I don’t think it would be warm enough, (for long enough) on your back or neck to be of true benefit. Good in theory, not very practical in reality. Also twisted about and didn’t stay flat, which made it awkward to reposition. Ok for value but clearer information would be better.

Sofy, comfortable and hold heat nice size, easy to use and worked great to relieve pain in my sprained shoulder.

I felt this neck warmer was easy to use, quick to heat up in the microwave and did soothe pain. The problem is that it doesn’t stay warm long enough.

This is a great help for a trapped nerve in my neck.Good quality product with handy removable washable cover.Read instructions for different wattage of microwaves so as not to burn and if not quite hot enough put back for a few seconds only

The wheat bag cover feels very soft next to the skin and retains good heat for several minutes.Useful to have the cover removable and washable.The bag was delivered within 2 days of ordering and 2 days after that had confirmation from the seller that the bag had been registerd for a 1 year warranty. Very good service from the seller.

The outer cover is nice and soft (and removable). These are a fairly decent size, and can wrap most of the way around my neck. Stays warm for a fairly long time.The only real downside is that they could maybe do with a little more filling. For example, when you put it over your knee, the filling will gather at each end rather than there being enough filling to "surround" your knee. But then again, they are quite decently priced, so I bought 2!

I got this for a trapped nerve in my neck, in which pain refers to my shoulder. This heat pack really helped ease the pain and tension. A really good size too.
