Hello Zen team, First I appreciate the partial refund, but I am more interested in getting your water delivered as it was in the beginning. The boxes came unbroken. A question: Do you still use the exteriors boxes that came from your corporate location? Those shipping boxes fit your boxes like a glove and did not allow movement for your boxes to bust open. If you can not do this you need to redesign the structural integrity of boxes so they do not bust during transit. Just an FYI I even tried ordering your water directly from Amazon and had the same problem. I already cancelled that subscription. Who is charge of shipping and or customer service at your corporation? I would like you to kindly connect me with them. We love your water but the change in delivery is not satisfactory. We would like you to resolve this for your other customers and especially for my wife as she loves your water. Sincerely and hopeful, Robert

This is the best tasting fresh water I have ever bought. I am sold on Zen. I buy it by the case. I've tried about 8 different name brands on which I will not name, and Zen tops them all!!! The bottles are big and there is no funny smell or thickness. Its worth the money!!

It was suggested by my physician that drinking 9.5ph alkaline water would be good for reflux of the larynx. I really like this brand, but it is a bit pricey, even through Amazon.
