I bought this watch as an upgrade from my previous one. I am really impressed with it so far. The band is very sturdy. The screen is bright and clear. I was able to connect it to my phone very easily. When I activated the warranty, it's actually for 3 years! I haven't tried all of its functions yet but the ones I have, all work great. My husband called and I was able to answer and talk to him clearly. Lots of free options for watch face images. The app is pretty cool. Not to mention, the price is a great deal.

So far so good! The features are very similar to the Apple Watch, with maybe even more than my last one. However, I did knock off one star because there are just a few things that could be improved (although minor in grand scheme). Functionally this watch is working great! Setup was a breeze and not difficult at all. Brightness is great! Since I have not had it very long, I will have to come back to update on durability once I’ve put it through the wringer a bit more. I’ve not yet had any issues with connecting to my phone and I can receive calls. Have not noticed getting messages on here - but I also did not buy it for that feature. Design wise - it’s frustrating to have to pay for some of the watch face options, and more frustrating that you can’t personalize it beyond a picture. For instance, I can upload a picture as my watch face, but I can only see the time and date, not how much battery is left or steps, miles. Minor, but important enough to me. Overall, at this time, I would 10/10 recommend this watch to anyone. What an affordable, seemingly high quality watch that is very compatible to a much more expensive Apple or android watch. I regret not purchasing this sooner!

I purchased this watch a few months ago and overall have been very happy with it. Unfortunately, after some time it stopped charging. I tried a replacement charger and went through all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but the issue persisted. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The Fitpolo support team was extremely responsive, professional, and patient throughout the process. They took the time to walk me through multiple troubleshooting steps via email and genuinely tried to resolve the issue rather than rushing to conclusions. As for the watch itself, it does exactly what I need it to do. It syncs seamlessly with Google Fit, transfers data reliably, and accurately tracks my steps and sleep, which were the two most important features for me. The interface is easy to use, and the connection has always been stable. While issues can happen with any electronic device, how a company handles them matters—and in this case, Fitpolo absolutely delivered. Fast communication, clear instructions, and a fair resolution. That level of customer care is rare and deserves recognition. I would confidently recommend this watch, especially knowing the company stands behind it if something goes wrong. Update: 2/2/2026 After using this watch and app daily, I’m increasingly impressed with how much functionality is included. The watch tracks steps, heart rate, and sleep reliably, and it syncs with Google Fit through Health Connect. I walk several miles a day pushing a stroller, and since my arm isn’t swinging those walks need to be manually added, which is expected. The companion app is where this really shines. It provides detailed sleep breakdowns (light, deep, REM, awakenings), heart rate trends, and clear explanations of the data in an easy-to-understand way. I like being able to see patterns over time rather than just daily numbers. The app also includes guided breathing exercises, sleep aid music, workout and running plans, weight management tools, food tracking, recipe suggestions, and sleep habit programs — all in one place with a clean interface. For the annual cost, the amount of wellness content included is impressive. As a general wellness tracker (not a medical device), this has been a great value for me.

Really nice watch and well made. No complaints whatsoever. I had a fitbit I barely had a couple of months and it started malfunctioning. Paid over a hundred for that. This is lower in price, better battery life, more functionality, just better overall.

This watch is a breeze to set up and figure out. The accompanying app is packed with tons of options. You can totally personalize your fitness plans and other features. It's so convenient to have everything right there. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a user-friendly smart device. The gold is not a true gold but its not rose gold like some reviews had mentioned, its pretty and feminine I love it. I have not explored all the features, my favorite is the find my phone that will be very handy as I constantly misplace mine. Overall very satisfied with the product, price and the customer service response time.

I really like the watch for my purposes. I wanted a watch that is not too pricy and that can read my step count in a day and read my HR while running. It does that for sure, besides measuring O2. I record my sleep as well. It doesnt bother me to wear the watch while sleeping. I absolutely love the part that I can answer phone calls and I can be heard perfectly fine and I can hear the caller very well. I do not need to hold my wrist to my face while on a call. It works just fine doing what you do. I didn't try out yet the part of being water resistant, I do take it off when stepping in the shower. I changed my watch face to a cat and it is animated, moving. Super cute. Touch screen works just fine. I wish I could tap on a message when iy comes in so I can read the whole message, but at least I can see who it is from and the first few lines. I will need to familiarize myself more with the watches uses, but I will get there. Great watch for an unbeatable price. I got mine with a Amazon coupon and only paid $42.

Only had this watch for a couple of days and I'm overall pleased with its performance, looks great on my wrist and its unbelievable light weight. The battery life so far seems decent. Only wish there was a calendar and more ringtones or sounds for the incoming notices and alarm. Two thumbs up for price really not much terrible I can say about this smartwatch..

cette montre connectée a moins de 30 € s'en sort très bien. j'ai pu la comparer à 3 autres montres connectées que je possède. J'aime sa forme ronde intemporelle très sobre. elle a toute les caractéristiques d'une montre connectée dans cette gamme de prix. Des cadran sont téléchargeables grâce à l'application sur le téléphone. l'avantage c'est qu'on peut en mettre plusieurs dans la montre chose que d'autres montre ne peuvent pas faire. et ils sont plutôt jolis pour une fois. ( voir mes photos ) dans les fonctions que j'apprécie il y a la lampe c'est juste l'écran qui s'allume en blanc. on peut régler aussi plusieurs alarme de réveil directement sur la montre fonction qui est des fois pas disponible sur d'autres montres. Une fonction permet de retrouver son téléphone en l'appelant. très pratique. il y a une fonction pour calculer les décibels près de votre montre. mais j'ai des doutes sur les résultats. On peut utiliser directement l'assistant vocal de votre téléphone directement par la montre avec la fonction voix IA. Le terme IA est un peu exagéré et ça marche un peu quand ça veut. la fonction météo est clair bien présentée et il y a les prévisions sur la semaine. la taille du texte pour les notifications est bonne , pas trop petite. la traduction en français est correct dans la montre et l'interface avec quelques fautes quand même. Un petit regret, on ne peut pas personnaliser le bouton. verdict : finalement je trouve cette montre très agréable et je crois que je vais choisir celle-ci parmi toutes celles que j'ai malgré son petit prix. 👍 -------------------- merci d'avoir lu cet avis, en espérant que cela vous a aidé dans votre choix. 👍
