Originally ordered on black Friday. Screens came with significant light bleed. Reached out to customer service and they offered a $30 refund. I told them that wasn't good enough for something I paid $500 for, they raised it to $50 saying it was their max. I go to check my refund status to see they have it marked down an additional $85, poor customer service. It has potential to be a great product but the cheap monitor frames and clunky plastic gears on the kickstand make it not worth the price tag. Make improvements to those down falls and add contrast adjustments and you would have a great product
