LockNFlate® 90-Degree Air Chuck (Open Flow 90°)

I use these nozzles coupled with a gun style inflator to mount go kart tires at the race track.After having two rims break/explode on me when seating beads, I have switched to these locking-style nozzles so I can have my hands and face away from the danger zone. The 5" kart wheels are a small inside diameter and the 90degree version fits in there easily without stressing the valve stem. Even the kids with smaller hands can easily operate it and then get their hands away from the wheels when mounting tires.Our pit stall sometimes has 6-10 racers in it, so we can easily mount, dismount, and rotate 30 sets of tires in a weekend. After probably 10-12 weekends of use and being dropped in the dirt, kicked and stepped on, the thing still looks and works like new, so these should hold up great for any home handy-person or weekend racer.

So far, this works great. Much better than the cheaper Chuck Mates I got at inflation. I got the right angle model, which is easy to use tires I have tried so far. The Lectric XP trike valves are straight, and they are tricky to inflate with a straight connection, or trying to screw on, because the spokes from the wheels gets in the way, but with the right angled option, there was room to push it on and blow up the tires easily. It does require the Tire Inflator Adaptor 1/4" NPT, to Scrader Valve and I would use a little thread sealant or thread tape on the end that goes into this chuck. I got the open flow model, as I was planning to use with my Acpatur portable air compressor. If you have a large air compressor you have on before connecting, then you can choose the closed model, and it will require you to attach to the valve to allow air to flow.

This is a very well made chuck with perfect fit and finish.No leak quick attach that is easy to use as it fits in the hard to reach spot of the valve on a motorcycle tire.No more excuses not to check my tire pressure and I actually look forward to this task now!I also have one of their grease gun attachments and it to is something I would not do without as i use it on my tractor all the time.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this works. Much better than I've used before. This really does lock onto the valve stem and allows much easier and even hands free inflation! I've tried it on different tires (wheelbarrow, riding mower, bike etc,) and so far, 100% success

The air chuck is well constructed and should last a long time. I bought this air chuck to help seat the bead on my lawn mower tires after replacing them. The clip allowed me to fill the tire with air while both my hands were free to help seat the bead. Much to my surprise, it allowed air to flow into the tire even with the Schrader valve removed for maximum air flow. This is a normally-closed unit that prevents air flow until it is attached to the tire. Great for using straight from an air compressor. I am very happy with it.

The tires on my motorhome need to be inflated to near 100psi, and there are six of them. It was extremely slow to get them up to the proper pressure, while squatting down and trying to hold a regular inflation chuck against then Schrader valves. This clips on securely and only needs to be monitored as it fills the tire. Like their clip on grease gun fitting I kind of hated paying this much money for it, but I thank myself every time I use their grease gun fitting while lubing the 40 or so grease fittings under the motorhome. I'm sure I'll feel the same way about this inflation chuck.

This is one of those product that you may not have known you needed but it is such a quality of life upgrade. I'm sure we've all struggled to get the air hose onto the Schrader valve without letting out a bunch of air in the process. Often it is because the orientation of the air stem is parallel to the wheel, sometimes it is because the device just doesn't latch on tightly. This design solves both of those problems by the use of the angled head and it also has a good locking mechanism that is easy to put on and take off without any struggle and massive air loss. Fits just right. Seems like a very well made, durable product, of course time will tell.I used this with a battery powered tire inflator that I take off road. While I love the inflator, it has a screw-on method to attach it to the tire stem. Putting it on wasn't too bad but taking it off usually results in losing 2-3 PSI every time which is annoying, especially when you're airing down tires for off-roading and you don't want to air down too much more for fear of slipping the bead. I paired this air chuck with a 1/4 NPT to Schrader valve adapter (also sold by LockNFlate) and it works great.

Works great. A bit expensive but makes for a good hands free air fill
