Excellent plugs. 12 plugs (6 red logo, 6 black logo on metal covers). Comes with small screw tool to allow you to in-screw and tighten the 2 screws that hold the cable tight inside each plug. The metal sheathes are forward fitting so easily screw over the plugs/cable end once the plug is attached to the cable.Solid connection into the back of my Harman AV Amp and makes life so much easier compared to the screw terminal tightening on the back of the amp for cabling without plugs.Highly recommend these plugs.

....' cos I terminated the plugs on my cables !These banana plugs are quite possibly the best I have ever used in my entire HI FI listening/tweeking years (too many to mention !).They are very well built and have good quality terminal screws (so many cheap er plugs end up with broken screws upon tightening).I was able to screw these properly tight with no problem. Also the screws are a good size not requiring a fiddly little watch makers screwdriver as some are.The can take a cable from thin to fat with ease and the colour coding is easily seen even with my poor eyes.all in all a bargain product well worth the effort of terminating on the end of your cables.

Reasonably priced and goo quality product I just wish it had a back part like a rubber to put the cable through and close the opening displayed in the picture. However it is just a personal thought the has nothing to do with the product performance.

These banana plugs seem to be well made. The materials are solid and the double screws tighten well, holding the cable securely with no damaging the screw heads. Sleeves secure OK and the colour coding is clear. Plugs were on the stiff side pushing into the sockets on my amp but that is a good thing as I have confidence the connections are solid and the plugs are not going to come loose. Sound is excellent, no crackling or connections needing re-wiring. I used these with QED Performance Original cable and the fit was good.

Very impressed with the quality of these plugs for the modest price. The supplied screwdriver in the same style is actually very useful being so small and makes the installing a breeze. I wish I’d known about these for my centre instead of the ugly things I had the store make up

I highly recommend these: Got them for my surround sound amp. Should have gotten these ages ago, make the whole connection process quicker and more reliable. No more messing about trying to get wires into the amp connectors. The product itself is very robust. It attaches with two screws instead of just one as is what i'd usually expect so that's nice. The plugs came with a mini screwdriver too which is another nice touch. I really love the fact that the metal sleeves screw on from the front so no need to undo the connection because you forgot to put the sleeve on first! Overall I was very impressed. A well thought out product.

Good product.Unfortunately my speaker cable was of too thick a gauge for these plugs but passed them on to a friend who found them perfect

Sewell Silverback Banana Plugs, Dual Screw Lock, 6 Pair (12 Pieces + screwdriver)This is the first time I have used banana plugs. I must confess after reading into this type of connector and the various models on offer, I came back to these based on user experience and manufacturing detail: I have not been disappointed. These Sewell Silverback banana plugs arrived a somewhat basic blister retail packaging. A nice surprise was the inclusion of a small screwdriver with the same design characteristics of the banana plugs themselves. Whilst the screwdriver is serviceable, I think, users with larger hands, like myself, would find using a longer handled screwdriver to be easier. I used these with 2.5mm² stranded copper which I twisted and folded over (essentially doubling the thickness of cable introduced to the banana plug terminal). Even with this thickness there was no problem inserting the cable into the banana plug terminal, and no issues with the two grub screws offset at 180 degree to secure the cable. Once the cable is secured to the banana plug terminals, the casing simply screws onto the banana plug concealing the terminal end. The plugs fit very securely into my Monitor Audio speakers and Marantz amplifier. Very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy again.
