It's Amazing, reading others reviews makes me think they're not taking it every day as you should or eating with it as you should! I Have taken it on and off consistently for 1 year with 2 week breaks every 3 months ir so. I immediately had results and weightloss within a month, I lost 40 lbs which I have have not been able to lose no matter what I did for years! It can lower blood sugar, that's what it does, if you get a headache that just means you need to eat something and it goes away. I've maybe had a low blood sugar headache only twice In 1 year. In the beginning urination is more frequent as well. 0 other side effects. You have to take it everyday around noon with a food and consistently for it to work! The only "pill" I've every stuck to taking daily because its soo amazing. Also, stops inflammation and benefits every single body system!! Also, love the fact that this is a clean product.

I decided to try this brand of Berberine because of its TrustScore in my SuppCo app, which carefully and scientifically tests and reviews supplements. I had been taking another Berberine supplement since February of this year in an effort to support my weight loss journey and lower my cholesterol. I had read that Berberine would help curb cravings and appetite and possible help reduce cholesterol and mine was quite high. I can't say it curbs appetite all that much, but it does seem to help with sugar cravings. I take it in the morning with breakfast. I noticed a significant improvement when I switched to this brand over the one I had been taking. No upset stomach, I'm pretty sensitive to things in general. Good energy, much better appetite control and the quality is far superior to the one I was taking before. It's a little more expensive, but to me worth the slightly higher price due to better absorption and noticeable effects. I have lost 50 lbs and my high cholesterol levels are now all within normal limits (although I was also put on a low dose statin for 8 months this year, which I have been able to stop as my cardiologist was shocked by the significant reduction in my cholesterol levels). I've wondered if the Berberine worked with the statin to help rapidly reduce my cholesterol levels although losing 50 lbs most certainly contributed as well. I think this brand is far superior to others I've tried.

Since I started taking this, my blood sugar spikes have disappeared. I feel much better, more energized, and have even lost some weight. A very effective product!

I've been using these supplements for a while. I "think" they are helping the regularity and my overall gut health, but I can't say for certain. I have not experienced any weight loss and I am still not sleeping well, but that could be related to a lot of other things. Am going to continue use to give it some time. I'm on the monthly subscription, so I appreciate not having to re-order and the cost savings is nice too!

It works for me! I have been taking this for three or four weeks. The first couple of weeks I noticed very little appetite control and no weight loss. But suddenly this last week I noticed I was eating way less and lost 5 pounds! So far I love it. I’ve had no side effects with this and will continue to take it. It’s the first thing that has ever worked for me. Update: After a couple more weeks of taking this I noticed a moderate degree of stomach upset. It was enough that I decided to test it, hoping it wasn’t these pills because they do seem to work. I quit taking them for a couple days and my stomach was better. Then I took one pill instead of two and within a half hour the stomach upset was back. So unfortunately I will have to stop taking them.

I am in need of a appetite, suppressant that will turn off my brain and tell me I do not need any sugar. Ozempic and Wegovy are the very best and it’s a shame that you can’t get that without a prescription.!!! well I guess you can if you want to spend $1300 on an injection, but my insurance would cover it

I’m taking this pill, and honestly, I have never found a better medicine than this. For the past 10–15 years, I struggled ongoing digestive issues, but this medicine has been absolutely amazing very effective and exceptional change my life within few days .I'm not a huge fan of herbal medicines but this medicine changed my whole mindset.

1 month in and so far very happy. Berberine takes on average 8 weeks to build in your system. Appetite is slowly beginning to reduce. Feel less inflamed and my cycle this month seemed easier. Will keep using it.
