Defective ribbons
All ribbons from this supplier seem defective as they kept snapping apart. I tried taping them with no luck. Then I cleaned the machine numerous times and replaced the sticky rollers,numerous times and the ribbons still snapped. I wound up ordering printer ribbons from an authorized Seller from the manufacturer of these machines, referred on the website and I’m on my 7th ribbon with no issues. I should have done this from the beginning but I have never had a problem with sellers products from Amazon. I also returned 2 of the defective ribbons to this seller but never received credits.
