Nice strong construction. Quiet. Everything required to mount TV to the lift is included. Easy to figure out. The only negative if you could call it one, was how slow it is. Still, slow means more lifting power. Put this on a 50" TV and made an enclosure. For the lid, I used a 2x12x42" Needless to say, the lid is heavy. This lift doesn't struggle or get louder. Just picks it right up. I would recommend it.

Instructions are crap! Was able to figure out how to construct the frame and get TV onto it without much trouble, but still haven't figured out how to set the auto height adjustments. Fortunately, the max height is not much higher than I would have set it anyway, so it's working for me. The operation is silent and fairly quick. I did have a problem once (so far) with the cord connecting the TV to my Roku device got pulled out when the TV was lowered, but that can be fixed with some zip ties or tape if it continues to be a problem. If it weren't for the horrible instructions, I'd give this 6 stars. I had a prior one of these from the same manufacturer (different model), the instructions were also poor, but not so bad I couldn't get the settings accomplished. That one lifted higher and I definitely needed to set a max height to keep it from being too top heavy and falling over, so it's good those instructions, while still poor, were a little better.
