I normally use the shilajit resin. Shalajit is a very bitter substance. So naturally I decided to test this product. I opened the capsule and dissolved it in water. I am glad to report that it is in fact a good shilajit as it does have the bitter taste. This was clear to me that shilajit was inside. I only bought these as a convenience in the off change I could not dissolve some in water. So these capsules are for convenience really. It is a very high strength which is a bonus. I think this is a VERY good product at this price point. I would suggest buying this product as it is very good quality. When taking the capsule whole there is no taste. I would not suggest opening it up and dissolving in water as it will be extremely bitter. If you don't want to take the resin by dissolving some in water, then take one in the morning and one a couple of hours before bedtime. This will allow it to work while you are sleeping. I feel much better for it with my energy levels better than they were for a while. You can buy it for a good price for under £10. This is a very good price considering the good quality. The absorption is very quick and haven't given me any gastric issues even though my tummy is very sensitive. So if I am unaffected by it then chances are you won't be either. Don't take more than two a day as this is a very strong dose. If you are someone who likes to exercise, then take it around two hours before you are going to exercise. It is in a dark container so sunlight won't affect it. Just keep it in a dry area. I would suggest you give this a try.

I started using this, and I felt good results on the second day. I used it early in the morning before going to work. It's like you don't immediately feel a huge surge of energy, but... I felt a sense of ease doing things throughout the morning, and what else surprised me - I didn't feel tired at the end of work, when I came home, I effortlessly got down to doing the urgent housework. At first I thought it was a coincidence, but now I've been using it for the second week, and the effect continues. Starting to feel the he fits of this product slowly but surely

As a middle aged woman going through menopause I generally feel lethargic and tired pretty much all of the time. Shilajit has increased my energy levels, but it makes me feel a bit spaced out. I highly recommend taking this first thing in the morning mixed with a glass of water. I wouldn’t recommend mixing it with coffee. Do not take it before going to bed, otherwise you won’t sleep. After taking it this morning I noticed my heart rate was increased, so I’m going to reduce the dose to 6 drops instead of 12.

Rubbish. Ive given one star as couldn't give zero. No effect whatsoever. Might as well have wiped my arse on the money and flushed it. Do not bother.

Gentle but instant energy booster. Feeling well hydrated especially after workouts heat weather or "wine-nights" I've been taking 12 drops to morning coffee, or weak juice after training (I wouldn't drink it just in pure water as it spoils water taste. But in coffee or weak flavoured water is tasteless. I'll buy again. I really feel it does something to me that feels better in approx half an hour. Whatever it does, I like it.
