I was so pleased with this product that I ordered five and they have all worked consistently well. All my installations were replacements so I was able to save the original strike plate and I didn't have to use the supplied guide to make a strike plate. After figuring out that the assembly required disassembly first I went from 45 minutes on the first install to 10 minutes each. As shown in the photos the unit comes fully assembled and has back-up keys along with a strike plate if needed and templates when boring the door hole. It's very important that the door is the correct size as cited, and to adjust the screws with a manual phillips head and not an electric screwdriver in order to avoid over-screwing. The handle is made from sturdy material and it not likely to break without a lot of effort. The four AA batteries that are not included make the keys light up whenever touched making it easy to enter the combination in minimal light. Finally, it can be set up to use a finger print, which I haven't done. If I have problems doing that I'll update this review, otherwise, my opinion is that the user will be very happy with this product. I was so pleased with this product that I ordered five and they have all worked consistently well. All my installations were replacements so I was able to save the original strike plate and I didn't have to use the supplied guide to make a strike plate. After figuring out that the assembly required disassembly first I went from 45 minutes on the first install to 10 minutes each.
