Soft Printed Velvet Patchwork Damask Traditional Pattern Upholstery Fabric by The Metre (Blue, Per Metre)

Nice fabric and looks great on my footstool. Very pleased with it.

It just wasn’t what I thought it would be. It was quite dull and the pattern wasn’t really sharp enough. I think it was my expectation of the fabric that wasn’t right. Not for me but I am sure someone will be pleased with the shade, feel and pattern it is really nice just not for me.

The fabrics print is very bright where the orange to yellow shading is, the dark print on top works well and I like the patterns used. The velvet pile is shallow but soft, but may not wear well and its a nylon man made fabric with a white wrong side.I was going to use it for a cushion for my victorian style bedroom but I like cotton velvet better. So now it's going to become some bags, large Halloween shoppers with added Crows. I might even use it as applique fabric as pumpkins on black canvas.It's the print I love the most. But wish it had the feel of cotton velvet. Sadly not to be.

Ordered this fabric to cover a chair seat.haven’t got round to starting it yet but I’m very pleased with fabric lovely muted colours. Quick delivery too.
