Great supplement to take. Does good for my body.The price is good. My sleep has improved.

Definitely seen a change in my sleep and it gave me lots of energy.

I bought this because I needed something for stress relief and was looking for the particular form of magnesium that is in this product. Researched all of the ingredients listed and liked what I saw, especially lion’s mane. So far it has helped me feel calmer while yet making me feel more focused and alert. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and will purchase it again.

I like all the herbs that are in it. I’ve been taking these for a month and I can feel my depression and anxiety alleviated a bit. I was taking them in the morning, but decided on switching to night to see if it helps me out my sleep. I’m not sure if it helps or not, but when I do sleep it seems a tad bit more soundly. Again, hard to know For sure right now. I don’t know if it’s actually working with my cortisol levels just yet because it takes a month for your body to adapt to new vitamins and minerals. I’m going to keep taking these because there is some results they just aren’t major at this point

Doesn’t do much. Didn’t help me fall or stay asleep. Didn’t feel any stress relief either.

I take one capsule at night and have noticed being able to fall asleep faster and even handle the stress of the day with more grace.

Been taking it for a few weeks. Not a big major change but a slight difference and think it’s enough try it wouldn’t hurt I will be buying another bottle soon.
