Works great with an Acer 24" monitor
Acer is weird. They're inexplicably fond of 19-volt power supplies, which is an odd choice (most consumer electronics kit these days is 5 volt or 12 volt). So should you find yourself in a situation where you have an Acer doodad and the power supply has shuffled off this mortal coil, run down the curtain, and joined the bleedin' choir invisible, you will find yourself unable to salvage a power supply from all the other kit you once had that has likewise ceased to be. You all do have a drawer full of power adapters for kit you haven't owned in a decade, right? It's not just me, right? Anyway, it came to pass that I was in, gentle reader, this exact situation, when the power adapter for my Acer monitor started pushing up daisies. And imagine my surprise when I dug out a replacement 12-volt adapter only to double-check the label and find that what to my wondering eyes should appear, but a little diagram indicating that the monitor expected a 19-volt adapter. Which, I mean, if you're going to be using weird adapters, lean into it and make your gadget use a 16.427-volt adapter, or something. Why pick a nonstandard voltage but not ride that train to the last station, amirite? Anyway, a 19-volt adapter it needed, and so a 19-volt adapter I got. I chose this one because it has a bunch of tips of different sizes, and the sticker on the monitor didn't tell me what size the jack was. This saga has a happy ending: the power adapter worked flawlessly and the monitor is once more in the land of the living.

Product is just as described
I have an ancient laptop for which I need a power cord replacement so I can bring it back to life, get the goods off it, and give it away or let it find its finally resting place. How I lost the charger, I’ve no idea! Probably because I'm an idiot and also managed to order the complete wrong product (this one). I thought I had an Acer laptop; I have a Lenovo IdeaPad. This cord didn’t help, but not because it doesn’t work; it’s user error. So I cannot speak to its usefulness, but I will say it was exactly as described and came organized in a nice, sturdy box, which makes it easy to store the extra parts. It’s easy to tell how to use it without the instructions, and it would be incredibly handy to have several different options (sizes) of plugs.

It's a perfect replacement for my broken DC adapter, and it also has over-current protection, which I tested when the current exceeds the specified 3.42A, its indicator light goes out. It'll light up again in a minute. works well.
