Noise cancelling
Bought these to replace company provided headset foam ear pads. They fit snug but not to tight, quit comfy in comparison. Unexpected bonus, great noise cancelling ear pads too.

Excellent C620 headset replacement pads
I have this Plantronics C620 set for more than five years and their original foam became warn and unusable, falling in pieces. Searching for replacement pads, I found these.They are more than adequate. The size perfectly fits C620, they are easy to put on the headset and are very comfortable.
