This is the first time I have purchased from Huel but very pleased that I did. My intention was to buy as a meal replacement as I often skip meals which isn't good. When the box was delivered I was pleasantly surprised just how aesthetically good the bottles look (really high quality). This matches the taste. I'm not very good at describing tastes/textures so am just going to say that the balance is perfect, it's not too overpowering yet still has that berry taste that makes it distinctive. The texture I really like but hard to describe so will say that it's not too watery or too gritty either, again just right. It seemed to fill a gap of a lunchtime on first use. I also tried as a replacement for breakfast which I've found as the most effective time for me. I wouldn't recommend skipping meals for the sake of it but if you have any issues around this topic would certainly recommend trying Huel. For me it's knowing all of the vitamins packed into one drink (that I'm probably not going to get elsewhere), makes this a healthy and informed purchase. It might sound expensive at just over three quid a bottle but consider your personal circumstances and how it might benefit you, you might be pleasantly surprised. I use these drinks for a quick protein and carb hit after a long run.Can taste a bit ‘chemically’ and powdery. But they do satisfy my appetite for a couple of hours and they are convenient.The vanilla taste is okay. Not real food, of course, but they do a job.The multi-pack is good vale compared to shop prices.

They are a little expensive however they do the job, I have IDA and Celiac Disease and I drink one or two of these a day and then a normal meal as they are gluten free and contain a good amount of vitamins as well as being pretty well balanced in terms of nutrition.It just makes things a lot easier for me personally. The taste of all the flavours I have tried is pretty nice, certainly not offputting or strange by any means as you might expect. They are slightly thick texture wise but not so thick that they are hard to get down when you are struggling to eat.

I like huel alot,these are my favourite,i could drink this as a milkshake type drink,as in a drink i would have for enjoyment not just the health benefits,the taste is very authentically salted caramel,not too sweet,doesn't spike my blood sugar,can sometimes leave you a little bloated if you drink alot at once,which i don't but just as a healthy,nice tasting drink to sip on,texture is just right to me,not too thick or thin,bit expensive value wise 3 pounds would be more reasonable 3.80-4 pounds is a bit high for me but if you buy in bulk,ie 6 or 8 at a time you pay less here than at supermarkets.

Something about this product gives me headaches. I'm guessing it's either the rapeseed oil or Sucralose – who knows but it's not doing me any good.

These meal replacement options taste great. I've tried several, but I always return to Huel Vanilla because it doesn't taste artificial, and the macros are spot on for a quick replacement meal. I always keep one in the fridge. If you find it on offer, give it a try! The Vanilla flavor is particularly good, and the Banana is also a favorite in our home.
