I've had pain in my jaw every single night for the past 30 years. It started off on just one side in my early teens then went to both in my 20's and i've had issues every single night on both sides since. I toss and turn back and forth all night to ease the pain as it alternates to the side I'm laying on. I was hesitant to try this because nothing (chiropractor, night guard, acupuncturist, doctors) has helped. I've had this for almost a month now and I have only had 1 night of my normal pain on one side and 2 other nights of a little pain on one side. This silly looking hat is the ONLY thing that has ever helped. I would seriously give it 10 stars if I could. I use it for 15 minutes on high then let it cool down and do another 15 minutes on high (usually in late afternoon or evening but I have done it around lunch time too) and I'm good to go. Truly one time of 15 minutes might help but I'm having such good results with twice a day that I have kept that routine. Definitely worth the money and wish I had found this 30 years ago.

This thing is a lifesaver! I have TMJ, and recently it has become nearly impossible to deal with. Whenever I try to sleep my jaw is just so uncomfortable and it's almost locked a few times. This thing really helps 'loosen' the socket so it doesn't pop quite so much. It makes it waaay more comfortable to sleep (you aren't technically supposed to wear it to bed, but I definitely have since there's a nice timer feature) It's got three heat settings, and the high temperature is HOT. Not so much that it's uncomfortable, but when I take the mask off my forehead and jaw are sweating. While it is just a band-aid for the actual problem, if you're waiting/can't afford the help you need to fix the issue it really is worth it!

This is a good fit for any sized head. Also, it has low, medium, high heat settings and a timer from 15 minutes up to 90. Great for jaw pain, temples, sinus headaches, etc.

I’ve tried several other jaw heating pads for TMJ these past few months and had returned all of them just as I was about to give up I saw this one and I’m very happy I tried it. One of my largest issues with the other products was that they weren’t even covering the parts of my jaw that I needed but this just covers everything and it’s overall relaxing. The most impressive part of this is the heat though. It heats up immediately like within seconds which is insane and unlike the other ones I’ve had it ACTUALLY gets hot. Obviously not hot in an uncomfortable way but heat that will actually be enough to ease TMJ pain. The adjustable Velcro is nice for sizing. It’s really easy to use, unfortunately it’s not cordless so you have to be near an outlet but they give you an extremely long cord. I wish it was cordless however I think that was a main issue with the others I tried because they were cordless they would heat up as much. Sorry this is lengthy but if you have TMJ you need to try this.

This heating pad offers relief for jaw and ear pain! The heat level is appropriate! It doesn’t get so hot that it burns you! The timer works well. The bands allow it to fit different head sizes. I am happy that I purchased this product, and am very pleased with the value!

Works perfectly and is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I’ve tried other TMJ heating devices in the past and have always been disappointed; the microwaveable ones gave off a strong unpleasant smell, provided barely 10 minutes of heat and had me constantly getting up and walking back and forth to the microwave, while the electric cordless ones provided the weakest heat and stopped working entirely after a few weeks. This product heats to the desired temperature in less than a minute and provides a soothing consistent heat. The controls are straightforward and very easy to use and I had no problems figuring out how to wear and adjust it. The fact that it needs to be plugged in isn’t an inconvenience at all, and I’m able to wear this for 30 minutes at a time while sitting up and drinking coffee or while in bed watching TV. The High setting is my favorite, but when this gets to be a little too much the Medium setting also works great. I also thought it was cool that this product came with a spray bottle for a moist heat option. The clicking and tension in my jaw from TMJ has noticeably eased up since I’ve started using this product and I honestly have no complaints. Highly recommend!

DO NO BUY!! I loved the idea of this and it started off great! Until... it was laying on my bed after I used it. Hours later my dog started alerting me. The smell!? I traced it down to my bedroom. This pad was aparantly faulty and turned on, scorched my thick blanket, melted my sheets, and burned a baseball size hole that i had to cut the sheet off of, into my < 1 month old mattress. Had I not been home and been alerted by my dog I can not imagine what could have happened!! This is a dangerous item do not purchase!! Pics to follow.

Very comfortable and I love the heat but I dont know if it actually helps tmj or not. Also be careful especially if you live in a dry static prone area because it has shocked the absolute crap out of my forehead several times.
