Fast reliable and rescued my rear, thanks for the save!
This laptop was an emergency purchase when my old one got sick, and I am so glad I found it! It was so easy to set up that my work load was almost seamlessly on track that no clients knew I was even experiencing a problem. The size, speed and accuracy has been great and the battery is new so bam! It lasts so much longer without being tethered to it’s charger

Ideal for a student
Purchased this laptop for use personal use. We switched my daughter to homeschooling and needed a laptop to keep track of her work and be able to communicate with the school. I have had. On issues so far. I would recommend it, it was affordable. It’s perfect for personal use/ ideal for a student.

Buyer Beware
To be honest, I am not even sure what exactly went wrong with this HP laptop. My husband bought it in April 2025 thinking he was getting a deal. All I know is he didn’t even get two weeks’ use out of it before it became completely defunct and unusable. I do know he said something about it having a low amount of storage, a poor battery charge, something about a “card,” and limited uploading file capacity, such as when he tried to upload our taxes via Turbo Tax. I also know he had difficulty with the alleged preinstalled Microsoft App. Additionally, I know that he spent literally hours on the phone with HP support, whose recommendations he tried, but to no avail. There was also an issue with connectivity to our Internet Service Provider which at the time was delivered via underground fiber landline connection. So in order to get our files thru to Turbo Tax, he literally switched to an ISP delivered via WiFi. So he did manage to ultimately file our taxes, but that was about it. Meantime our “new” ISP has rendered our landline useless. This makes me wary because we live secluded in the woods and our power goes out during storms fairly regularly. I want my old landline phone to be able to connect with civilization in the event of an emergency. But I digress. This laptop is nothing short of a piece of JUNK. It’s also a TIME waster to attempt to troubleshoot, which in my book, counts for a minimum of $50 per hour. Cash. So I figure HP owes us about $1000 for my husband’s time. And NO we don’t want a replacement. NO we don’t wish to spend more time engaging with “customer support”. Lastly, NO, we did not avail ourselves of Amazon’s return window opportunity. Alas.

You get what you pay for.
I thought I was getting a deal, but this laptop hasn't worked as well as I had hoped. The speed isn't great. The keyboard isn't easy to use. I will use it as a backup.
