This is a great mask, made out of all metal, and genuine leather straps. It is very well-made, looks great, and will last a lifetime. It is actually functional, if you add some padding to the inside of course. It is surprisingly well put together, like they knew people would be wearing it. It is made a lot better than most wall decorations. Looks great, very inexpensive, highly recommended.

Got this for my son who loves MF Doom.He loves it! He said it's actually comfortable since it sits well on his face; the straps hold it up, but his nose and cheekbones keep it in place. He likes the nostril holes and says he can easily breathe through it. He intends to wear it for Halloween but also just to show his friends.For my part, I appreciate the workmanship--it seems very sturdily built, with real metal for the mask and real leather straps. However, I also have issues with the obvious seams where the metal has been fused together, and the fact that there are two areas that have small patches of rust showing even before he ever wore it.Also, we wiped out the inside of the mask with a dry paper towel, and noticed a LOT of black paint/smudges coming off. I'm not super comfortable with that stuff sitting against his face for a whole night, and will probably give it a very good scrub; and potentially seal the inside of the mask with some kind of spray.The price point is high for the number of issues that I noticed, but from my son's perspective, he loves it and is delighted at this gift. So, because it looks good, is made of metal and leather, and is the type of thing that would normally be a little expensive, I would still recommend this. Just make sure you watch out for rust spots and clean it well.

When I saw this mask, I thought it would be pretty cool to own. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the mask is made of metal and not plastic! The quality is excellent and the straps hold it securely to the face. It has no padding on the inside, so if you intend to actually use it as a mask, my advice would be to get an old ski mask and just cut away the lower portion of it that would cover your mouth. Then, the ski mask would act as a bit of padding for the metal mask and a bit sweat absorption. This mask has a thin coating of oil to prevent it from rusting, so that's another reason why you might want to have something as padding underneath to prevent your sweat from rusting the metal.All in all this is a very good buy!

Very cool mask, made well and is good quality and value.

My son wanted this mask to hang on his wall and also to occasionally wear. The mask was packaged well, however once it was opened, we immediately noticed a smell from the mask. It smelled like petroleum oil. The mask was covered in a grime film. This was not due to the packaging tape. This grime was old. The inside was dusty. The straps were dusty. Overall the mask appeared to be used or was stored where it did not stay clean/new. Product picture showed the mask to be shiny. Returning for a refund.
