This is my first stick vacuum. Have only owned it a couple days but what an improvement from using a shoulder strapped plug in vacuum. This vacuum works great on hard floors and short carpet. The greatest thing about this of course is the freedom from an electric cord. But some of the other nice features that this one has and some of the other similar stick vacuums may not is: 1. It lays completely flat so you can get far under furniture and beds. 2. It's lightweight 3. It shows actual percentage of battery power remaining. 4. Not very noisy at all. Can use it without ear protection at least on the low and medium levels. 5. Bright LED's for seeing debris on hard surfaces in the dark. 6. Washable hepa filter and dust canister. 7. It can stand on it's own without having to lay it down or lean it up against furniture. 8. Interchangeable vacuum heads for dusting. 9. Small footprint for saving space. 10. Very easy to assemble. 11. Received a brand new unit - not something that was used and returned. People who leave poor comments about the size of the dust canister being small and having to empty often must realize that if you make a larger or longer dust canister then you can't reach under furniture as far because you will hit the longer canister sooner against the furniture. Also, if you increase the size of the canister you will increase the weight of the vacuum. So, I'm fine with the size of it for these reasons. Also, some give negative comments about the length of time the battery lasts and how long it takes to charge. First of all, remember you're running a motor and not a flashlight. It takes a lot more juice to run a motor. For most average size homes the battery should last for a complete cleaning on one charge. The cost of this vacuum is very low and if you want a battery that lasts a long time and charges quickly then you're going to have to raise the price on it. You know how expensive good LI-ON batteries and fast charges can be. This unit only has a small wall plug in charger (low current supply) to charge a pretty high capacity 2500 mAH battery - it's going to take some time. Also, at this price level the battery quality itself is probably not space travel approved. You can always buy a spare battery if your cleaning area is very large. The charge lasts plenty long for my needs. Give it a shot.

This company is absolutely fantastic!!! The sweeper is lightweight and has a great suction. Make sure you charge the battery fully before each use. I accidentally broke 2 parts on the sweeper. I was a bit rough with it and with no hassle at all a brand new one was at my door in a week with an xtra battery. It’s the perfect size and can be compacted down when cleaning is done. It was definitely worth the price. It cleans well. The battery doesn’t last a super long time but this is not for heavy duty cleaning. It’s great if you have pets. Very easy to use.

For a cordless vacuum, it picks up everything and so easy to maneuver. I have 2 of them. No cords again for me.

Who engineered this thing?? It’s brilliant!! This machine is incredibly light weight and highly maneuverable. One would think with so little weight suction power would be forfeited…not so in this case. This is fantastic on hardwood floors. Insofar as rugs, I typically only use a vacuum on commercial grade carpets (short nap). In my experience, only the old fashioned heavy duty vacuums work properly on deep nap carpets. This is irrelevant to me since my allergies and loathing of dirt will not permit me to install wall to wall carpet. What I love (about this machine) is the powerful LED front mounted light. It illuminates all debris. The power/weight balance is excellent. Because vacuuming becomes so easy and effortless, it extends the power of the human behind the vacuum. The ability of the vacuum to stand upright is a nice plus. I believe the power run time will be adequate for most people. I found the lowest setting was more than enough on hardwood. When I vacuumed the area rugs I bumped the power up to the next setting and it performed admirably. Clean up is a breeze. The cleaning bin is brilliantly designed. It can be taken apart to be wiped clean in moments. This machine is so good I threw my old Shark in the rubbish. I only wish I had replaced it sooner! Revised Review: This was a great vacuum cleaner…for just a few months. It has no suction anymore. It it not clogged anywhere. On the top setting it stops within moments. This is likely some type of failure with the motor. What good is a vacuum that fails after just a few months? This is now in the garbage where it belongs. I’m ending up purchasing a second Narwal machine from Amazon for the second floor. It is a great machine, and is reliable.

Bought in March 2025. PROS: It's has 3 suction strengths. I love the sleek design. Its super easy to maneuver. Has great suction at full charge. Super lightweight. Breaks down to a small compact vacuum. Has a compact wall mount with places for 2 attachments. CONS: Battery run time of full suction runs out really quick. It takes forever (several hours) to recharge. I have a 2000 sqft all tile house with 1 large area rug and I'm basically running to finish the house near the end. (I vacuum it every single day so isn't super dirty.) I dont know it would work great for an all carpeted house. OVERALL: For the price point, I would buy it again when it dies for my all tiled house.
