This is my first stick vaccum. I've only had short of one month and really love it. I have cats (one is a ragdoll) & I have waist length straight hair. I'm old with arthritis so my heavy vaccum is a challenge. What I love is that this vaccum is super light weight and stand alone. Also there is a choice of suction levels. Charging is easy. Suction on floors (and litter pickup is great). Price is also a consideration, being very reasonable.Warranty is 3 years. I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service. I filled out a very short survey to activate my warranty and was emailed right away. They are very open to customers suggestions and concerns. I wish there were more attachments for under low furniture but I believe this company will work on that. My long hair is vacuumed to the middle of the vaccum. I'm amazed to see this after one use. Very easy to clean. Love the air freshener tablets above the hepa filter.I would suggest getting a second battery as a backup for swapping out. For an older person this is a great vaccum. Suction on carpets isnt as strong but Im still learning adjusting suction levels. Had better success on my carpet at highest level. Now I vaccum daily. Again customer service is incredible.

This review can most likely apply to any of the "Amazon" brand stick vacuums. I owned a carpet cleaning business for many years and was frequently asked what vacuum cleaner I recommended as the best. I always responded, "whatever type you're most likely to use". I can't count how many very expensive "high end" vacuums just sit in people's closets because they're just to cumbersome to use. They're either too heavy, or require awkward filtration (ie: water filtration), not to mention the previously ubiquitous cords. These products are great if they get used but too often they get the better of basic human laziness. These stick vacuums represent a fantastic value as they have very respectable suction, the batteries last long enough for most cleaning tasks and the bins are fairly easy to empty. No cord, no extra heavy machine, no dumping of water, just quick cleaning on a whim.I'm happy with this specific off brand unit. It's got a metal, adjustable tube which is nice. I have another commercial brand that sells for 2x as much and it has a plastic tube, half the suction, and half the collection bin capacity. I thought the dual headlights would be cool, but at the low angle it just creates distracting shadows. They all have that though. Big thumbs up to the quality and value of these machines.

Vacuum Cleaner works amazing from Carpet to hard wood. Decent size filter area. Very easy to clean and empty. Battery lasts a good 30-40mins on low setting. It's pretty sturdy, attachments for it are easy to assemble and put away. After lost of wear and tear the hose on the motorized brush got holes. Reached out to customer service, they responded less than 24hours and had my replacement brush already prepped for shipment the following day. Took about 2 weeks for it to arrive and works like a charm!

Overall I really like this vacuum, especially for the price and how easy it is to use! Super easy to switch out the tools, empty the container, and use! There are three different suction levels, the headlights are so bright on it which I love so I can get all the pet hair (I have a husky and 4 cats). If the roller gets something stuck in it, it will blink a red indicator on the little screen and shut off. It’s pretty light weight, and adjustable heights. The noise is nothing compared to my old vacuum lol 😂 and overall it works really well, but I will say the battery life kinda sucks. I love the vacuum so much I was thinking of looking for backup batteries that I can keep charged so I can actually get through the entire house. I will say the lower suction power it doesn’t die “as fast” but still. I’d still recommend. It’s very convenient and works for my house hold!

I purchased this a few weeks ago and so far I am impressed by this machine. The delivery was quick and perfectly packaged. It’s not too noisy but it’s a vacuum so you have noise. Great power with 3 levels of suction to choose from. Easy to put together, take apart to swap tools. It’s got a V head system so far the roller bar hasn’t been bunched up with hair (I have very long hair) the swivel head is easy to use and the headlights are very bright. I love that it’s a stand alone model and really takes very little room. It seems to be good quality so hopefully durable for long time. I’ve yet to run the battery out but if you use in highest setting it might not last as long. Not a big deal for me but it might be for someone else. I’m very happy, it’s lightweight, easy to maneuver and actually works better than my Dyson cordless (I love the Dyson too) and cost about 500 dollars less!I recommend it if you’re looking for a cordless vacuum cleaner that has versatility and looks good too.

I found this vacuum to be very useful on carpet, wood floors, furniture, stairs. The battery lasts long enough to get most of my jobs around the house done. I like that I can vary the strength of suction for the job and preserve the battery if need be. The various attachments come in handy for whatever clean up I have. Their customer service was great. I had an issue with an attachment and they replaced it and followed up. Overall, a great experience and a great value for what you get.

We purchased this item in October 2024. Love the vacuum except that a part of the plastic that holds the stick wand together broke off and now the wand separates and won't hold the weight of the vacuum to allow us to use the product. It says it comes with a 2 year warranty and need to get in touch with the manufacturer to see if a replacement stick wand is available for replacement.
