I was hesitant to get this. I have course, thicker hair. I was traveling to Japan and needed to minimize what I was bringing. I only purchased it because some reviews talked me into it which is also why I am writing a review. Anyway, it was perfect. Held its charge. Made my hair look okay while traveling. Is it a replacement for my typical hair straighter? No. But it works well and is now what I take when I travel even when I don't have space contractions. I recommend it.

I bought this because of the size, the color and how fancy it looked but it is not worth buying. It goes up to 210 heat only! Hair is not straight and it doesn’t hold a charge. See pictures for what I started on a full battery and where I had to stop to charge.. the charging cord is very short.

The battery needs to be charged frequently, otherwise, the item works quite well.

I bought this thing to use on my dog, (i show a Skye Terrier, part of the show grooming is straightening.) This little thing is great! Heats up fast, travels ringside easy, and i love the little case you just slide it back in and put it in your bag without needing to wait for it to cool down. I didnt have any charging issues, battery lasted, and it charges fast. Oh, and yes, i use it on myself too when i also need a touch up.

It only lasts about a half hour from a full charge, and never gets hot enough. But it's possible that just my iron is broken. I keep it for emergencies only. The iron is large enough to be used to fix up even long or thick hair. Lightweight, as per the description.

I travel all day for work and sometimes my hair needs a little touch up. This is perfect to carry in the car with me. The charger is a USB C, so I can charge right in my car.

You need to charge the iron every other day when using. I thought that the charge should last longer than that. It is a good size for overseas trips and I like that you can put it in the protective sheath when it is still hot.
