Amazing product, goes over and beyond from what is advertised, zero side effects
I have been struggling with Blood sugar for a while now and was looking for something which does the job with no side effects. I was told to try this by a friend who’d been taking it and seen some amazing improvements and I’m glad I listened. I’ve very quickly noticed a decrease in my sugar cravings and don’t feel the urge to get some chocolate or cake! My blood sugar levels are also maintained due to this. Would recommend further to others. This product does what it says in the listing and much more. I am taking these regularly and have experienced no side effects as well. Extremely happy to find a great solution! Definitely recommended.

Good product
These worked well by making sweet things taste odd you lose interest in eating the sugary things. Not sure what was happening to my blood sugar levels. I guess they do control cravings.

Side Effects?
I've stopped taking these as a blood sugar reducer as I've recently had 'wonky' liver indicators following blood tests and my consultant tells me I've had Hep A at some point in the past. A possible side effect of Gymnema Sylvestre is toxic hepatitis so I'm not risking it. I'm going to admit to my consultant that my wonky results could be self inflicted and see what he says.

I don't recommend
I bought these to curb my sugar cravings. I've been taking one a day for about a week now and I seem to be craving and eating more sugary foods!
