I love this coffeemaker! It can brew different size pods and ground coffee! The choice is yours! Small in size, great for traveling, camping, parties. It heats up super quick, which i love. I highly recommend buying this if your looking to buy a coffee maker.

Disappointed with the quality. The machine stopped working after less than 6 months despite careful handling. The buttons now just flash and are unresponsive, and it won't shut down without unplugging it. Expected much better longevity for the price. Cannot recommend.

I’m so grateful for the incredible customer service I received! I thought my coffee maker was broken, but it turns out the system had simply entered cleaning mode, which I didn’t realize could affect how it functions. I was confused and a bit frustrated, but thanks to Maricel’s help, everything is working perfectly now. She patiently guided me through the steps to reset the machine and exit the cleaning cycle. Her kindness, clear instructions, and professionalism made all the difference. I’m back to enjoying my coffee, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only is the product excellent—easy to use, reliable, and great quality—but the customer support is just as impressive. It’s so reassuring to know that when help is needed, it’s there with such care and efficiency. Highly recommend both the coffee maker and the team behind it!

The machine in the beginning was working perfect.Did everything I thought it would do. But after a couple months it stopped working.And I couldn't get it back to work.And end up in the trash, I would never buy that product again

The coffee machine is perfect. It’s beautiful for display and accepts all types of capsules. Instead of 2 machines now I can manage everything with one. Saves space as well.

I have had this machine for 5 months and have also read most of the reviews so I wanted to write a review of my experience using this machine. If you are used to the official Dolce Gusto machines you have the option of programming the amount of water that you want. This does not do that - it uses what the manufacturer of the of the capsule intended. For example I use the Dolce Gusto Cafe au Lait. The actual capsule is programmed for the best cup of coffee that is about 6 ounces. So if you just put the capsule in this machine, you will get an output of only 6 ounces. However, I like it at 12 ounces of water. So I leave the capsule in when it brews the first 6 ounces and then just push the button to run the water once again. I've seen comments that it makes the lower end of the manufacturers recommendations. The same goes for K kups. Most k kup capsules are designed for an 8 ounce cup of coffee. If you want more you can either run it twice and get a 16 ounce cup from a capsule, or you can push the stop button when your cup is at the amount of water you desire. It will stop. And you will have the hot cup of coffee you want. This brewer is amazing if you like all the brands like Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Keurig....you cannot buy all of those for the price of this one, which makes it a super value. I have not used it for anything but Dolce Gusto brand, and I love it. Brewing speed is typical for the amount of pressure that some of the cups require. Especially if you are using Dolce Gusto or Nespresso cups since they require so much pressure to blend the coffee through the cup. As for the forced cleaning which will stop the machine from working until it is done - the machine will stop after 200 times of making coffees to force cleaning of the machine - I have not had that happen yet. But should there be a problem with the machine I will update my review to make this a thorough review of how it works and how you can get the best cup of coffee. I am giving this machine 4 stars instead of 5 because it would need to allow for users to set how much water they want in their coffee without having to run a capsule 2x to get the water they want. Other than that as of now I love how this machine makes a great hot cup of coffee using all the popular capsules of even the most expensive machines out there all for a reasonable price. WILL UPDATE AT CLEANING

For first 6 months, the machine worked perfectly, until one day I couldn’t use the attachment for nespresso pods simply doesn’t work. Nothing comes out! Tried everything, from cleaning…. It has been 6 months since I can’t drink the nespresso!

Great coffee maker. Super quality, well made, well engineered, and it does make super great coffee. Pros: - faster than you think - the warm and ready position is faster than you think - same as anything else - all the different cups works so easy; I tired k-cup, OG nespresso, and even loose leaf and coffee grounds; al great - all the settings are easy to do - pretty awesome little machine - compact. wow.. high quality, compact machine Cons: There is only 2 cons that I can make this, in my opinion, a HIGH regret and never recommend: 1. It says there are 7 different water volumes - BUT it doesn't say that 8oz is the limit - and it is. For those that like COFFEE and want a 6oz, 8oz, 10oz and even 12 oz cup of coffee to go -- forget it. You get up to 8oz -- really disappointing. I just assumed that the 7-volume water feature was exactly what I needed. NOPE. Everything is just ONE SIZE or smaller. 2. For the cost, there are machines that can do so much more. Yes, the compact is great. The design of this product is fantastic, equal to the quality. BUT, not having bigger coffee cup sizes was a complete let down for the money. If you are really looking for k-cup that can go make a small and big cup of coffee, go elsewhere. This is a 1-trick pony that's real unique selling point is multiple "cups" - but the let down is going to be hard knowing you'll have to sit and wait (and do the math) for a home or 'to-go" coffee over a 8oz. Great coffee, super quality machine, very creative and soooOOOOoo easy to use. But a 1-size fits all makes me regret sacrificing size for real need. And the cost now feels soooooooOOoo regretful. Damn.

4 months after purchase it doesn't work!!!!! After descaling it doesn't want to turn on!!! Not a single button works. Oh!!!! I am very dissatisfied. What a waste of money!!!!! Yes I am angry!!!

Tiene varias selecciones de tipos de cafe, agua y temperatura. Llevo muy poco tiempo usándola pero hasta ahorita lo ha hecho muy bien.

Great coffee, great small size. Died after 3.5 month of daily usage… garbage.. dont buy.
