So I upgraded this from 2 stars to 4 stars because the love seat (and couch) is great. Comfortable and definitely looks expensive. Kept one star off because of the hassles it entailed to finally get it assembled and usable. The love seat shipped without the legs or the tools or instructions. The matching sofa (ordered at same time) arrived 1 week late. It was a lot of back and forth with Everlane Home customer service. They were unwilling to provide any sort of partial refund for the inconveniences, which I found frustrating, but they did manage to ship the missing parts and offered me a gift mattress protector. All and all they seem like a good company, just not sure their QA is what it needs to be! At the end of the day, the furniture is very nice and very comfortable. Very easy to assemble (once you have all the parts ;). Maybe yours will arrive with no glitches!

It was easy to assemble, even for one person, and all the parts were there. The instruction diagrams were easy to follow, and only ONE screw didn't fit so I didn't use it. I like the colour, the design, and just how comfortable it is for tall people. The ONLY issue I found is damage to one of the arms. The RIGHT arm (when sitting in it) (left when facing it) has three PUNCTURE marks on the top part. I think that damage may have occurred due to how it was packed in the box. I did want to return it, but didn't want to go through all the hassle of a return. Other than that, it is a nice purchase, at a decent price.

Listen, I built my own tiny house on a marine trailer, and it's the best thing I ever did.... but finding a comfy couch that would fit in it was a chore. This was a lifesaver! Transformed my space and was SO easy to put together.

Loveseat is exactly what I was looking for. Impressed with the quality for the price. It’s pretty easy to assemble (back was a little hard to slide into the bracket by myself but I got it in about 5 minutes of lining it up). Cushions are softer than expected and it has the look that I was going for in the office.

Easy to put together by myself. Good quality loveseat, instructions were clear, all parts were in tact. There were absolutely no issues. The reviews I read were mixed and there were a lot of negative ones but I’m grateful my experience with the loveseat has been great and the color and quality of the PU leather is exceptional.
