I was pleasantly surprised, happy with this product. It was a refreshed tablet. Use it every day! Some new AI technology by manufacture, a little challenging. Mainly, I don't care for Bixby software which is loaded by samsung. Need to charge battery at the end of the day, thought it would last longer. But for the price I got it for from Amazon, it's a winner and been great for me!

Refurbished Samsung galaxy tab S9 was a success
I was suspicious at first about refurbished tablet especially a expensive refurbished but the tablet was like brand-new and works perfectly my 7 year old son loves it and the battery life is awesome and it charges quickly with a 25 watt fast charger couldn't be happier with this purchase A+++

It's a Google tablet with a samsung logo
Tablet signs into Google, thats about it. Nothing from Samsung works at all. Can not sign into accounts or use any Samsung related product including the Spen. It doesn't recognize it, refuses to charge it, and when I try to figure out why process failed. Sign into samsung account...process failed. If i wanted half of a tablet I'd cut my old one in half. This is the 2nd tablet in a row. Amazon really should reevaluate who they let fix their renewed products.

Tablet great but
I returned a S9 which had some problems but it was packaged so nicely they really took care of it. I then saw the S9+ same price yet I got it tiny bit cheaper. Mine like someone elses was just flopping in the box. Had a thin bubble rap just aweful. Had left over tap on it. Took me less then 2min to make it look mint. I did like the fact it stil had that thin protected tape round the edges? Yeah. This one came with the right color of PEN. The S9 Beige had black pen.. not biggie. I would not buy from this one again

About time!
As a frequent buyer of Samsung tablets, i was waiting on this tablet to get the OLED treatment, happy they did, sad they didn't have a new revision of this with the Tab S10

It was sold as reconditioned. Excellent arrived with multiple deep scratches in the screen
