Excellent heaters and wonderful company!
This heater is fantastic as is the East Oak company. We love the way it looks and provides more than enough heat for us. We had one small issue that was 100% our fault but their service team was so happy to help resolve and did so in record time. It's not as hot as a dome heater but much more impressive
I assembled and had a minor issue with a damaged screen mounting tab. It was quickly remedied by East OAK. They have amazing customer service and I cannot say enough about what a great company this is. The heater is a great backyard addition and impressive as the flame shoots up the tube. I've seen these at restaurants over the years and the price point now makes it very affordable. While I love using this I've learned it doesn't supply the same heat output as the dome heaters do. The dome heater has a much larger element however this one is definitely a visual pleasure as well as providing heat. Great customer service in the rare event you need it.

Fantastic patio heater
This East Oak patio heater is fantastic in terms of looks and operation. I had one problem which was my own fault and the service team responded quickly with the solution.

Best patio deck heater made!
This heater is all you will ever need. It has rollers to move with ease wherever you need it. It provides warmth and light and brings a coziness to the area making the outdoors welcome on chilly nights!

Doesn’t provide any heat
Makes nice looking flame but provides near zero or zero warmth. All the heat goes out the top. I have a 6 year old highland heat lamp from tractor supply that still works perfectly and provides so much heat I don’t put it all the way up. Decided to buy this lamp to try something new… total waste of money

Value and looks
This heaters are awsome not just the look but the way they heat, and the price. I've been wanting this for a while now. I couldn't pass on the offer when I saw the price that I bought 2 of them for our patio.
