It has been 3+ years and this sandwich grill from Nova, is one of the best purchases. It works well.. grills sandwich in no time. One need to make sure to clean the grill with tissuepaper or moist cloth while the grill is still hot, since oil residue wouldnt leave the surface once maker is cold. In case for some reason, you are not able to clean after finishing you can again turn it on.. and once it heats up , you can clean. This is the only maintenance that is required.

I liked the product, considering below points : - Easy to clean due to angled plates, which leads to a hole in center where all the oil get dropped. There's a oil tray where excess oil gets accumulated. Tray is of fiber plastic can be easily removed and cleaned. - There's a small but very useful lifter with grooves in shape of grill, which is of fiber plastic which helps in lifting the sandwich or chicken/paneer etc. without scratching the nonstick bottom of the griller. This is usually missing in all sandwitch toasters, atleast I didnt had it in my previous Prestige convertible plate sandwich toaster. - Build quality is okay, not very good but it does the job. - Rest all functionality is similar to other sandwich toasters. - What I do miss is that traingle plates for making amazing aloo sandwiches as this toaster trays are fixed not convertible.

We are using this product very extensively since the 3rd week of October 2017. I can assure, it's an excellent instrument for home use. We used it in very many ways. Nothing has stuck hitherto to the grill surface. But one thing is clear. We are pretty cautious to keep the instrument clean immediately after the usage, while it is still hot. If at all we observe any particle or cheese has stuck to the surface, we use a very little amount of water to peel the item. That way the grill area is perfectly taken care of. My earlier review: Good product and quality. Had there been an on/off switch attached, the product would have been excellent. Good packing. Those of us who are looking for large size (5" x 5") bread slice sandwich maker, this is the answer. I tried ordering several Indian products, only to return in the end, as the bread size wouldn't fit in. In Kerala, we get this large size bread slices and they are of exemplary quality. The only concern is it is made in China!

I bought this Nova grill sandwich maker couple of weeks back and I have to say it's a wonderful product in this price range. It's easy to clean, grill anything and do it well. I have been eating sandwiches with the cooked vegetables because of it. If you don't want to spend too much but have a decent and effective griller at home. This is a must buy. Makes your life easy if you don't know how to cook.

Hi Everyone, I am writing this review after 4 days of use but still useful for new buyers. After doing a lot of comparison with various products and models i have finalized this model. Product build quality is good and you can easily make of 2 set of grill with regular breads. I have tried and i am new to making sandwich in home using such a product. It came very well and crispy. Try to limit the fillings in the Sandwich in order to grill close and lock properly. It is taking 3 -5 min for each set of sandwich after preheating and it is really quick. There is a proper Guide for the making of sandwich. This product comes with drip tray to collect the excess oil or Ghee which may comes our during the grill. Also they will provide you small utility spoon to remove the sandwich from the Grill. Only negative about this product is it comes with European power plug without proper earthing. You can easily convert this to Indian type power ping with earthing. Earthing very important incase of power leak it will save you from the shock.

Wow, I loved the product. Its very time efficient. Can tosat/ grill 5-6 small bread in a single time without any flip. 2 medium sized sandwich or 2 big sized sandwich bread can be grilled in a single use. You can aldo make kababs or tikka's using the same. The non-stic quality is superb and can be easily cleaned only by wiping it from cotton cloath. It makes 2 grilled sandwich in 3-5 minutes. Its thermostat control cuts off the power if the plates are heated preventing the sandwich or other food from burning.
