My son is 7 and we've been reading these books at bedtime. They're absolutely brilliant, well written and funny. Would highly recommend them!

Finished two of the books so far. Our boys love them, they're fun for me to read (the boys are at the age of being read to rather than reading themselves). A witty, modern style of writing, fast-paced and not obviously predictable story line. Good stories for Daddy and the kids. And a bargain price - I do hope a good part of the price is going to the author and illustrator to recognise their great work!

My kids absolutely adored these and tore through them all in no time!

Fantastic set books! Finding something that will keep my 9 yr old son enterted and enthusiastic about books is sometimes difficult but these are great and do just the job.

It was for a much younger child than I realised and my 7 year old grandson read them all far too quickly so I wish I had chosenbooks that were better value. If he had not read them I would have returned them and picked something else
