Review: السكينة تصميم وشكل رائع حادة جدا ولكن لازم تاخد بالك ان السبيكة للخاصة بالتصنيع هى متوسطة الصلابة وده بالنسبة للسعر ممتاز ٣٤٩ تقريبا لكن اذا هنقارن بسكينة الايس فورس السانتوكو التيفال فالسكينة اقوى وسبيكة ألمانى وتصنيع فرنسى ولكن بالمقارنة فالسعر فالتيفال ب١٣٠٠ تقريبا وبالتالى غالية جدا فدى هتكون اختيار مناسب اما السكينة النيوفلام الحالية اقتصادية وممتازة ولكن ناخد بالنا مفيش عنف فالاستخدام السكينة مع السلاح قطعة واحدة بدون لحامات ولكن اليد مجوفة لتعطى حمل اقل ومتتعبش الايد وقت التقطيع التجاويف الجانبية المميزة فالتصميم دى ليها ميزة مهمة ان بتمنع التصاق الحاجة اللى بتتقطع كمثال لو بتقطع خيار بتلاقى التجاويف بتبقى فيها هوا وقت التقطيع وبالتالى بنسبة كبيرة القطعة اللى اتقطعت بتقع فالطبق بعكس السكاكين ذات التصميم الاملس لازم تشيل بإيدك كل القطع اللى لازقة فجسم السكينة ممنوع تقطيع عظم حيوانات واستخدامها كساطور دى مش سكينة تقطيع عظم ممكن تقطع لحم ولكن مش بتنظف وتقطع عظم فناخد بالنا علشان متتكسرش لانها كاربون ستيل
