Missing parts
Disappointed with both Sony and Amazon as we ordered this item twice and each time two parts were missing: both blamed the other for missing parts. Have decided to order a different make. On the refund side Amazon were prompt to collect and refund money.

J'ai acheté cette ancienne caméra afin de digitaliser une dizaine de cassettes Hi8 Pal analogiques sur lesquelles j'avais filmé ma famille entre 1991 et 1998 avec une caméra similaire qui malheureusement est hors service depuis déjà plus de 10 ans. J'étais impatient de pouvoir enfin visionner et aussi digitaliser ces videos. Je n'ai besoin pour ça que de la fonction play-back de la caméra.Mais pas de chance, des que je mets une cassette, la camera refuse de la visionner et demande de la réinstaller. Malgres de nombreux essais, je n'ai pas pu visionner une seule seconde de mes chères videos. Le vendeur contacté à travers Amazon m'a fait savoir qu'il était actuellement hospitalisé et non disponible pour le moment. Je ne sais pas que faire dans la situation actuelle ou j'ai tout de même déboursé plus de 100 euros pour rien en retour!!!
