Soft and comfortable with excellent protection from the elements. This is a cotton hoodie so it's not waterproof, but I've been on a bicycle in light rain and not gotten wet at all because it sheds water. I've also have been riding my bike back and forth to work in 20°-30°F weather and barely felt the wind at all. It keeps me warm enough with nothing but a T-shirt on under it. It's price point is a bit higher than I usually pay for clothing, but you definitely get what you pay for with this brand and item. Really well made product that was delivered with care. 👍
