The product is terrible! Lasted less than a year! When I contacted the seller- I received a message stating that they would be unable to replace due to it was a little over a year when I contacted them! Truth be known, the damage was done before the 1 year mark, however I kept forgetting to contact the seller as I also work full time with 5 kids! To.the.point- my opinion, due to my personal experience is that the material is not made to last! The mat rips from the hooks- connected to the springs! The springs go flying off with the rip, literally your child could fall through the hole of the mat- and or get hit with the flying springs!

I was excited to find this mat on Amazon since the one we've had for 20 years bit the dust a couple of weeks ago. My grandkids live on it, as well as my nieces and nephews so I knew time was of the essence to get it replaced. I was a little worried that I would order the wrong mat since there are a lot of things to consider when purchasing one, a fact I had not considered until I got down to the business of actually ordering it. The product site for this mat is pretty good at working you through all the things you need to know to order the right mat. Thankfully, it works perfectly. It stretched well across our existing frame and there's enough bounce to it that kids as young as two clear up to adults are all enjoying it. All is well at my house again!

Purchased a replacement mat for a 15 foot trampoline after my niece's foot went right through our old one. (Do not know the original manufacturer of our trampoline, as it was a Craig's List purchase years ago.) I ordered the wrong mat the first time - did not measure the springs first. (Do NOT skip this step. There are different sized rings on the 15 foot mats, and if you don't order the mat with the correct corresponding ring size, the mat will sag or be too tight.) After putting on the mat and seeing it sag, we realized our mistake. The company sent us a free return label after I requested it - they did not have to do this, and it was very much appreciated.Ordered the correct mat, and it was sent right away. Put it on, and it fit perfect! The kids say that the mat is bouncier than our original mat, and they love it.We are happy with the product, and even happier with the customer service. We will definitely recommend and use this company again!!

The instructions could use a little bit of clarification. The best thing to do is to put the springs on the trampoline cover, the bouncy part, it’s self. Then use the enclosed tool to stretch of the spring to hook it into the metal frame. It’s pretty vague in the directions on how to do that. And to hook it on the metal frame and try to stretch the trampoline to it is virtually impossible. Otherwise as long as you get it set up Correctly it fits quite nicely.

I purchased this mat in March 2021 and installed it the last week of March along with new springs. I was diligent in making sure we ordered the proper size, had the needed new springs, and even limiting the amount of kids able to jump at a time. Our strict rule since installation has been that only 3 kids can jump at a time. The install was pretty easy and the kids were enjoying the new mat however we just noticed within the last week that one of the metal clasps that attach to the springs has ripped away from the mat. Because we've had our trampoline for 3-4 years we already know that once one clasp rips away it's only a matter of time before more will rip. We've only used this mat for approximately 11 weeks. Highly disappointed that this mat did live up to the claims of durability listed in the description.

good mat, fits as described. Lasted for a year with lots of use with no problem. But now after a year the stitching is coming apart and the loops are coming off. We have lost 3 loops this week and the stitching is continuing to unravel around the tramp. Frustrating to have a good mat with no holes that we are going to have to get rid of because it is unsafe for the kids to play on. :(

When the mat arrived I quickly realized it was of lesser quality than the original mat. The material was much lighter and the banding along the outer edge was narrower and not as sturdy. That may explain why one person reported their mat ripped along the edge after a few months. Needless to say, I returned the mat. After paying return shipping and the stocking restocking fee this has been an expensive lesson. Heck, I have yet to receive any credit for the return, for that matter.

The service was fantastic! We had little knowledge of sizes of mats and what to measure to replace worn out parts of our 8+yr old trampoline but did our best then got a message asking us .. Are you sure .. And helping us reorder and Amazon came through with speedy service and excellent product once again! We are grateful..as are our 5 grandchildren and two great grandchildren!

Ordered for my sons trampoline and doesn’t even fit properly. Stated it was a 12 foot and it’s so loose he can’t even use it. I wouldn’t order here at all for the mat but find a local store to go to and actually talk to someone regarding the mat. Really disappointed and being told I need to buy new springs which the others are fine. 72 springs will be almost the cost of a new trampoline. Will be returning it and going with something else.

I’ve tried for over a month to get a response to request a refund as the size doesn’t work. NO RESPONSE!!! I’ve finally called visa to record a merchant dispute to see if they can help.TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Everything fit perfectly for my trampoline frame. The quality seems good and hopefully we'll get another ten years out of the trampoline! Cheers!
