great for toddlers
Why did you pick this product vs others?: my nephew loved playing with these at the pool! They are a hard plastic with two parts and a spinning wheel in the middle. Both parts float but we found that bingo tended to sink to the bottom at times. They are not the most creative toy since the only float and fill but that didnt seem to bother him as he stayed entertained for quite some time.
