Do these bottles work with the Spectra S2 breast pump?

They do not but there are very cheap adapters available here on Amazon from the Maymom brand (and probably others) that will allow you to pump directly into these bottles!

What level nipple do I get with these bottles?

I ended up ordering the premie flow nipples as the level 1 was too fast paced for my newborn. The premie flow also somewhat mimics breastfeeding if you feed your baby paced.

Does this fit spectra breast pump?

Nope. You'll have to pump into the plastic bottle that comes with the pump and then transfer to this bottle.
