Definitely buy this! I got it 3 days ago, and have used it every day since I struggle with back pain and severe abdominal pains daily, and the only relief I get is from heat. Hot water bottles are great, but I found mine getting cold quickly, and having to get uo and refill it constantly, especially at work, was tiresome. With this, I get the heat, and it has vibration settings, which is also great for the pains! It does turn off every 30mins, but it takes seconds to turn back on and get to thr same setting as it was on, which is much more convenient than a hot water bottle. I used this during my 8 hour shift, and by the time I finished work and got home, the batter was on 33%, so it does last a while, and I just charge it overnight. Definitely recommend this to anybody looking!!

This is a superb find! No longer am I relegated to the sofa with a hot water bottle, now I can do the housework, my pain relieved by the constant heat provided. The battery has proved its longevity & at last I have something that works well & is great value for money. It’s just large enough to relieve my stomach & back. Time will tell how durable it is but for months now it hasn’t let me down!

Why did you choose this product over others?: I have suspected Endometriosis (not yet diagnosed) and recently I have been getting extremely painful periods; back pain, lower abdominal pain etc and heard that heat can help with this. I got this to see if it would help and to be honest, it did help a little bit! Since my pain is so severe, it didn’t completely relieve the pain but I didn’t expect it to but it definitely gave me a little bit of relief. The heat is good, it can reach up to 155 degrees Fahrenheit (I think) which is pretty hot! I’m yet to try out the vibration feature. Only downsides are is turns off after 30 minutes (but I guess that’s a safety feature to avoid overuse) and it runs out of charge pretty fast. It comes with a charger wire but not a plug. It also takes a little while to charge but not too long. Another positive to this product is I am on the larger size and still, the band fits fully around my waist and feels pretty comfortable! I definitely recommend this product! Nice and thin, fairly discreet when wearing underneath a shirt or jacket. Design: Nice and thin, fairly discreet when wearing underneath a shirt or jacket. Quality: Good quality, doesn’t seem cheap and doesn’t feel as though it will break easily.

I actually bought this for help with IBS so that I didn't need to keep filling a hot water bottle. Works a charm. The different heat levels (there are 6) are good and you can go from just warm to very hot. Definitely have an item of clothing between your skin and the heater, otherwise it just gets too hot. Tried the vibration function briefly, but not sure it really helps. But it does have a lot of different levels if that's what you want. A little noisy though. People will know you have it on if you use the vibration. It is quite long so covers a good area, and it is fairly slim so you could easily cover it over with clothes and still be comfortable. After using it for a day, usually on level 4 or 5 out of six, I'd say you'll get at least 6 hours out of the battery life before you have to charge it. Probably more. As long as you have it connected to a good charger, only takes about an hour to fully charge. Definitely worth the money for it.

This is amazing and it helps so so much however I would be careful wearing it for long stretches, I rotate between 2 because I have severe abdominal pain when it comes to that time of the month and I have found that I have burnt with them, currently still healing - however with how much it helps and allows to me function I can't discredit it for that. I don't tend to use the massage side of it but did find the vibration to be strong when I tried it, I just use the heat but I can imagine for some the vibration would help. Because I use 1 of them by the time one runs out, I put the other in charge, and swap and I can guarantee that the one on charge is fully charged once the one I'm wearing has run out, I think the battery life is around 1.5 hours with continuous use, and of course the heat of it is extremely good. I like the size of it too, it's not too bulky so I can hide it under clothing highly recommended having layers between you and the pad though, I was wearing period pants a t-shirt (tucked into my jeans) and managed to get burns although I should note my skin is possibly quite thin after housing 3 pregnancies ons being a set of twins. I think all in all for the price I paid, it's a wonderful feeling to find something that helps so much.

NOT SURE PROS : It is compact and can be worn underclothing / It heats immediately and is sufficient even on a low temperature / comfortable to wear / looks great / enables you to move around CONS: If you need it for your back (as I do), the heat only lasts for 30 minutes and then starts to loudly vibrate. Because it is on your back you cannot reach the controls - so you have to stop what you are doing and remove it - just to turn it off or on again. That is really annoying. If you have it on a low heat it should not keep turning off - as it cannot burn you. The massage (in my opinion) is not good. So, sadly in the end the cons outweigh the pros. Perhaps the manufacturers will read the comments and re-design it

This pad delivers lovely, soothing heat and definitely helps ease cramps. It warms up quickly and the adjustable settings make it easy to find the right level of comfort. The size is perfect for targeting lower abdominal pain, and it’s lightweight enough to wear while moving around. The only downside so far is the battery life. It works well, but I do find myself needing to recharge it sooner than expected, especially on the higher heat settings. Still, the relief it provides is genuinely helpful, so even with the shorter battery life it’s been worth using.
