Each package contains 5 of these medals. This medal measures approximately 1-1/8" in height. These medals are made in Italy with silver oxidized plating that has a three dimensional depth and beautiful brilliance. Medals of this size are often added to a chain to wear as a necklace (chain not included). Medals can also be used to attach to rosaries or bracelets with the included jump ring. The Miraculous medal was created by the Blessed Mother Mary and revealed to St. Catherine Laboure in an apparition in the year of 1830. Mary promises special graces to those who wear the Miraculous medal with confidence - especially to those who wear it around their neck. Not as described and good luck returning it!
These are not Large 1 1/4 inch. They are very small. Measuring under 1 inch. Ruined my gift idea. Return costs more than the item and takes a long time going to China.

Not Matching Description
These medals are not 1-1/8" they are 3/4" very small. Poor casting, he medals are not made in Italy the package says China. Total fraud!
