I’ve used many ointments and patches for knee and elbow pain and some with lidocaine but this works better than any. I’ve also seen improvement with regular use. Love the smell and cooling effect.

While the claim of "MSM and Glucosamine Formula for Joint Health" is highly scientifically questionable, the active ingredients of lidocaine and menthol in one bottle makes this a competitor to other similar products like Aspercreme (or store brands), The 1% menthol is not that strong compared to what you'll find in 8% Stoppain and other menthol products like IcyHot. I found the menthol effect wore off in about 15 minutes. So, the only real reason to buy this would be for the lidocaine. I can buy store brand lidocaine roll-ons every day for under $6 (Equate Max Strength Lidocaine) at Walmart or name brand Aspercreme for $9, so this at $17 is not much of a deal at all. My rating system: 5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value! 4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy. 3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised. 2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. Read the critical reviews!1 Star = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.

It worked great!!!

Still a work in progress. My issue is tissue or tendon related not muscle. Feels good foing on though and pain seems to subside after use.
