Good for feeding a dehydrated sourdough starter
Good for feeding my sourdough starter with from a dehydrated starter, a bit expensive. but my sourdough starter is now very active and it didn't take too many feedings.

Great ciabatta flour.
This is a 1kg bag of Italian size 0 flour. Itโs high protein and works great for for bread. My husband made a baguette shape loaf / ciabatta yesterday with 220g of it, and it was glorious. He has it mixed and kneaded well, as heโd expect. It bakes a treat, and was nice and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy but still dense enough in the middle. And it tasted amazing. In terms of value, it's fairly pricey for 1kg, but if you're making an artisnal loaf and want a guarantee of quality, it's worth it. I can definitely recommend. The whole thing was gone in the one meal.
