The ebike arrived earlier than advised and was contained in a sturdy box. Upon opening, and removing the bike, it was obvious it had been well packaged and protected (from damage in transit). It was relatively easy to construct, as the rear wheels and gearing were already attached to the frame. Once complete we had a lovely ebike, manufactured to a high quality and displaying a startling colour scheme (we have a yellow one). Throughout the purchasing, and delivery, process the communication from the supplier has been excellent. Having now ridden, several times, we would highly recommend this ebike, which is exceptional value for money.

It is a good quality electric bicycle. It is light in weight, good thick tyres. Very good looking and great design. It is also comfortable to ride. Very good electric assistance and electric mode performance. The battery seems good as I only had short trips so far (5 miles) and it drops by one mark each time.Slight issues when building the bike as it comes mainly in parts (except for the frame, rear wheel, gear, cables, etc. I spent many hours building it and had issues with the break and gear. At the end I had to take it to a bicycle shop and they adjusted the brakes and gear for £25. The company was kind enough to pay for the cost of the bicycle shop and also gave me a free mobile holder. I suggest taking the box to a bicycle shop and getting it assembled to save you time and hassle.

Bike riding

I got this bike for my son and he loves it he is 14 and the bike is the perfect highy dpr him it looks so cool ans stylish not like other electric bikes out there, was easy to put together and guides are sent through, we are very happy and have recommended it to others already and a great price, my son has mobility issues with his legs and this has been perfect to get him out ans about again, many thanks

Bike in good condition. Fully charged. Monitor comes on. Motor does not turn when I pedal (at any power level). What to do?

After buying for my son, he waited patiently for food weather to use bike and when it came he found out I had not built it properly despite being very easy to do so. With help from the great staff and they pointed me in the right direction and within minutes I had the bike going like a dream. My son absolutely loves it and I would highly recommend for anyone and if any questions don't hesitate to ask for help they are very happy to do so and very prompt 😊 great bike and company

i got my bike today and had a quick couple goes but i loved it i will be riding it as the weather gets better and i will give a more in depth review but overall amazing
