Will this fit monster trucks?

I've seen where some people will use 2 lanes of tracks for the monster trucks, one track for each wheel. So if the height between tracks matches the side height of the individual tracks, then they should be able to get 2 trucks on there.

What is the rubber band size so I can find replacements?

I don't know the size. Just buy a big pack of thin rubber bands and test them out by let the cars race on them to see which size has the right give. If your kids broke the band and you still have the broke one you can use it to measure.

Does anybody know the dimensions needed for add on tracks? I found packs of 4 at Target (2.2 inches wide and 1.0 deep and 14 inches long)

I have bought the add on hot wheel tracks add on and they are the same...not sure about any other brand. If you bought hot wheels you are good. My kids add onto the track all the time.
